Software Service Provider

TaxMee is a software and software-service provider. We provide limited access to our own proprietary software, support and reference resources. We do not sell the software to users, and payment for any plan, offer, subscription or renewal does not transfer ownership rights in the software.

• Account details such as login credentials, verification status, plan, subscription, licence, activation and renewal information.

• Support communications including calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, forms, tickets, feedback, screenshots and files shared for support.

How We Use Information

Local Device Data and Backups

Some TaxMee Desktop or local software data may be stored on the user's own computer or systems. In such cases, the user is responsible for device security, access control, backups, antivirus protection, system maintenance and data recovery unless TaxMee has expressly agreed in writing to provide a specific managed backup service.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email or messaging providers, analytics providers, support partners, auditors, professional advisers, government authorities or legal forums when required for service delivery, security, compliance, payment, support or lawful requests.
