This page explains how TaxMee support works for software installation, activation, subscription, billing, attendance app, payroll workflows, e-Library access and general product assistance.

Best for urgent coordination and activation help.

- Software download, installation, update and launch guidance.

What Support Does Not Replace
TaxMee support helps with product use, software workflow and technical assistance. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting, statutory or labour law professional advice. Users remain responsible for verifying compliance applicability, filing deadlines, statutory rates, official portal data and final outputs.
Before Raising a Ticket
- Restart the software and confirm internet connectivity where the feature requires online access.
- Check the Knowledge Base for installation, activation, renewal and common workflow guides.
- Keep your registered email/mobile, product name, app version and device name ready.
- Capture the exact error message or screenshot if available.
- Do not share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, full banking details or private licence keys.
Ticket Priority
Support priority may depend on issue severity, plan, subscription status, business impact, verification status and queue load. Service-blocking activation or payment-access issues are usually reviewed before general usage guidance.
Remote Assistance
Remote assistance may be offered when needed. Users must remain present during remote sessions, review actions taken and close access after the session. TaxMee may refuse remote access where it is unsafe, unauthorised or unnecessary.
Files and Screenshots
Only share files required to diagnose the issue. Remove unnecessary personal or confidential data where possible. TaxMee may retain support materials for ticket history, quality control, security, dispute resolution and service improvement.
Expected Response
Response time depends on support hours, queue load and complexity. Some issues may require developer review, logs, screenshots, database checks, payment verification or updated software builds.
Escalation
If a ticket remains unresolved, reply on the same ticket or email support with the ticket number, account details, screenshots and business impact. Duplicate tickets can slow resolution, so it is better to keep one clear conversation thread.
